Program Description

Christina & Nat's Wedding Updates is a text messaging program for invited wedding guests. If you opt in, you'll receive SMS messages with wedding-related updates including:

• RSVP reminders and confirmations
• Travel and logistics information
• Schedule updates and important announcements
• Weekend-of coordination and photo prompts

Consent

By checking the “Send me text message updates” option during the RSVP process, you consent to receive automated text messages from us at the phone number you provide.

Consent is not a condition of attending the wedding. You are welcome at our celebration regardless of whether you opt in to text messages. Opting out of SMS does not affect your invitation in any way.

Double Opt-In Process

After you check the SMS consent box and provide a phone number on our RSVP form, we send a one-time confirmation message to that number. The number is not considered opted in until the recipient replies YES from that phone. Unconfirmed opt-ins expire after 7 days. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out, and START to re-subscribe after opting out.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. In the months leading up to the wedding, you may receive occasional messages (up to a few per week). During the wedding weekend (September 5–8, 2026), messages may be more frequent to help coordinate events and activities.

Acceptable Use

By opting in, you agree to use these communications in accordance with applicable laws. The program is intended solely for wedding-related updates between the couple and their invited guests. Guests agree not to use reply channels to harass other guests, forward content to third parties, or send unsolicited commercial content.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. We do not charge any additional fees for our messages.

Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting Out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOPto any message. You'll receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent. You can also contact us directly to be removed from the messaging list.

Privacy

Your phone number and personal information are used only for wedding coordination. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms if needed. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Since this program is for a single event, we don't anticipate significant changes.
