This privacy policy explains how we — Christina and Nathaniel — collect, use, and protect your personal information in connection with our wedding. We care about your privacy and want to be transparent about how your data is handled.

When you use our RSVP form or interact with our wedding communications, we may collect:
- Names (first and last) of guests in your household
- Email address
- Phone number (if you opt in to SMS updates)
- Dietary restrictions and meal preferences
- Travel information (arrival/departure dates, accommodation details)
- Attendance preferences and event selections
- Photos shared through our wedding gallery
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for wedding coordination:
- Managing RSVPs and guest lists
- Sending wedding updates via email and SMS
- Coordinating travel logistics and accommodations
- Planning meals, seating, and events
- Sharing photos from the celebration
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, marketers, or any unrelated third parties.
SMS Messaging
If you opt in to text message updates during the RSVP process, you'll receive SMS messages from us about:
- RSVP reminders and confirmations
- Travel and logistics updates
- Schedule changes or important announcements
- Weekend-of coordination and photo prompts
Message frequency: Varies. In the months leading up to the wedding, expect occasional messages (up to a few per week). During the wedding weekend (September 5–8, 2026), messages may be more frequent.
Opt out: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOPto any message. You'll receive a confirmation and no further texts will be sent.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent collected through our RSVP process is used solely for wedding-related communications and will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data categories described above exclude SMS originator opt-in data and consent.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate our wedding website and communications. Each processes your data only as needed to provide their service:
- Supabase — database hosting and storage
- Twilio — SMS message delivery
- Resend — email delivery
- Vercel — website hosting
- Vercel Analytics — anonymized pageview metrics (cookieless; no personal data, no IPs collected)
- Sentry — error monitoring (collects browser type, error type, and the URL of the failing page; the RSVP token in the URL is redacted before transmission)
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Upstash — rate-limit state (records request IP for sliding-window rate limits; auto-expires within minutes)
These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by their terms to protect your data.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information through the wedding and for up to six months afterward to handle any follow-up communications (thank-you notes, photo sharing, etc.). After that period, we will delete your data from our systems.
Your Rights (EU Guests)
Some of our guests are residents of the European Union. Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address below and we'll respond promptly.
